Etapmus operates its Network Operation Centers (NOC) from the Central US, in Dallas, TX. Our distributed staffing model allows us anytime access to our tools and monitoring. We also have a newly built state of the art Data Center. From there we provide all levels of managed services, cloud services, and voice service monitoring and maintenance.

Our monitoring platform provides a sophisticated set of tools that enables our 24 X 7 NOC and our Support teams to react in near real-time to alerts and notifications as they occur. Network uptime is measured by the tools and processes in place to know when failure or potential failure is about to occur.
